Our charming B&B, surrounded by a big garden, is located in the very heart of St. Anton am Arlberg, in the quiet part of the village centre close to the church. The house is a silent retreat and the perfect starting point for all kinds of activities at the same time: all main ski lifts (like Nassereinbahn/Galzigbahn) are only a 5-10 minute walk away; stops for ski and hiking buses are right at the doorstep. The charming pedestrian zone starts right by the church next to our house: grocery stores, shops, restaurants, cafés, bars – it's all just a few steps away!
Arlenheim, built in 1928, is small but fine: With its modernized double rooms with private bathroom (shower & toilet) it stands for local tradition as well as contemporary comfort. Our lovingly prepared extended breakfast is included in the daily rate.
Arlenheim was built in 1928, rebuilt for the first time in 1959 and extensively modernized in 2018. Our family welcomes guests in the third generation and every summer and winter we passionately host nature and sports enthusiasts, explorers, individualists, families and friends from all over the world.

Comfortable Check-in
We offer a comfortable check-in between 4–7 p.m. Check-out is expected at 9:30 a.m. at the latest after breakfast. We do not host any pets.
Private Parking
We provide parking spaces directly in front of our house. Special public charging ports for electric vehicles are available within walking distance.
Tasty Breakfast
Every morning between 8–9:30 a.m. we serve an extended breakfast with selected fresh, mainly local products.
Beautiful Garden
In our sheltered, sunny garden that surrounds the whole house you can relax in a quiet atmosphere end calm down in peace after an eventful day.
Room Service & Storage
We ensure clean rooms and your well-being every day. In our heated ski storage room there is space for your equipment: skis, snowboards and boots.
Free WiFi
Free internet access throughout the house. We deliberately do not use TVs in the rooms, but you can find a big TV in the breakfast room if required.

The mountains are my natural habitat – I was born and grew up here. My love for this region was rekindled again and again, especially after living somewhere else for a longer period of time. It is my great pleasure to introduce our guests to the beauties of the Arlberg – even beyond skiing – and to make them experience the stunning and inspirational surroundings. As a state-recognized Tyrolean hiking guide, I offer guided tours, hikes and excursions in the St. Anton area in winter as well as in summer.
